Me in a nutshell: a mix of fun and tough love. I’m a fun-loving guy, and I like to create an environment where it feels more like two friends chatting and cracking jokes than a class. But I also want my students to take their language practice seriously, because I actually want them to progress and feel that joy of proficiency in another language. I’ll play a game of Taboo with you (rude words included), but I’ll also nag you to master your fundamentals (basic vocabulary and verb conjugation, etc.).

또한, 효과적인 학습 습관을 들이는 데 도움이 되는 유용한 팁과 자료들을 많이 제공해 주십니다 (물론, 실제로 꾸준히 실천할지는 선생님의 몫이지만요!).In my first lesson with Tiago, we played Cards Against Humanity. Needless to say, this was crucial in helping me overcome my unconscious but damaging fear of making mistakes, and it motivated me to book many more lessons. He is someone who exudes a passion for languages, especially for their structure - he will always be ready to explain the hidden mechanics behind any grammatical construction. Additionally, he is full of tips and resources to help you build a study routine (though whether you actually stick to it is out of his hands!).
