안녕하세요, 저는 런던에서 이탈리아어 강사로 활동하는 수잔나입니다. 이탈리아어, 영어, 일본어를 가르치고 있으며, 언어와 문화, 그리고 다양한 배경을 가진 사람들과 소통하는 것에 열정을 가지고 있습니다.
저의 언어 여정은 대학교에서 일본어와 일본 문화를 공부하면서 시작되었습니다. 이후 일본에서 1년간 거주하며 일본어와 일본 문화를 더욱 깊이 이해할 수 있었습니다.
이탈리아로 돌아온 후 제노바로 이주하여 코스타 크루즈에서 근무했습니다. 그곳에서 전 세계에서 온 승객들과 소통하고 진정한 국제적인 환경에서 언어를 활용할 기회를 얻었습니다. 그 후 런던으로 옮겨 일본항공에서 5년간 근무했습니다.
다양한 국가에서 생활하고 일하면서 언어 학습은 단순히 문법과 어휘를 배우는 것 이상이라는 것을 깨달았습니다. 언어 학습은 사람과 문화, 다른 사고방식을 이해하고 자신감 있게 소통하는 것입니다.
저는 예술가이기도 하며, 문학, 미술, 여행, 일본 전통 예술 및 문화에 깊은 관심을 가지고 있습니다. 수업 시간에 이러한 관심사를 학생들에게 도움이 될 만한 내용으로 활용하는 것을 좋아합니다.
저는 편안하고, 격려적이며, 개인 맞춤형으로 수업을 진행합니다. 여행, 업무, 회화 학습 또는 단순히 다른 언어와 문화에 대한 호기심 등 학습 목적에 관계없이, 여러분의 수준, 목표, 관심사에 맞춰 수업을 조정합니다.
저는 모든 언어가 세상을 바라보는 새로운 시각을 열어준다고 믿습니다. 여러분이 그 문을 열 수 있도록 도와드리고 싶습니다!Hi, I’m Susanna, an Italian language tutor currently based in London. I teach Italian, English, and Japanese, and I’m passionate about languages, culture, and connecting with people from different backgrounds.
My journey with languages began at university, where I studied Japanese language and culture. I then lived in Japan for a year, an experience that gave me a deeper understanding of the language and everyday Japanese culture.
After returning to Italy, I moved to Genoa and worked for Costa Cruises, where I had the opportunity to communicate with guests from all over the world and use languages in a truly international environment. I later moved to London, where I worked for Japan Airlines for five years.
Living and working in different countries has taught me that learning a language is much more than learning grammar and vocabulary. It is about understanding people, cultures, different ways of thinking, and finding the confidence to communicate.
I’m also an artist, and I have a strong interest in literature, art, travel, Japanese traditional arts, and culture. I love bringing these interests into my lessons whenever they are relevant to my students.
My teaching style is relaxed, supportive, and personalised. I adapt my lessons to your level, goals, and interests, whether you are learning for travel, work, conversation, or simply because you are curious about another language and culture.
I believe that every language opens a door to a different way of seeing the world. I’d love to help you open that door!

제 수업은 편안하고 개인 맞춤형으로 진행되며, 실제 소통에 중점을 둡니다. 완전 초보자이든 이미 언어 경험이 있든, 저는 여러분의 수준, 목표, 관심사, 학습 스타일에 맞춰 수업을 진행합니다.
회화, 발음, 문법, 어휘, 여행 및 업무에 필요한 실용적인 언어 등 다양한 영역에 집중할 수 있습니다. 또한, 여러분이 진정으로 관심을 갖는 문화, 일상생활, 주제를 수업에 접목하여 학습이 더욱 의미 있고 즐겁게 느껴지도록 노력합니다.
저는 실수가 학습의 중요한 과정이라고 생각합니다. 여러분이 자유롭게 말하고, 질문하고, 점차 자신감을 키워나갈 수 있는 편안한 환경을 만드는 것이 제 목표입니다.
이탈리아어, 영어, 일본어 등 어떤 언어를 배우든, 실생활에서 실제로 활용할 수 있는 언어를 만들 수 있도록 함께 노력하겠습니다.

We can focus on conversation, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, or practical language for travel and work. I also like to bring culture, everyday situations, and topics that genuinely interest you into our lessons, so that learning feels relevant and enjoyable.
I believe that making mistakes is an important part of learning. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where you can speak freely, ask questions, and gradually build confidence.
