英語力を活かし、母国語であるスペイン語を英語圏の人々に教える機会にも恵まれました。例えば、私の住むリマで事業を営むアメリカ人からスペイン語を教えてほしいと依頼されたことがきっかけです。フィリピンに移住後、日本の企業でオンライン英語講師として働き始めましたが、驚くべきことに、担当した授業の7割は日本人学生へのスペイン語指導でした。そして現在に至るまで、私はフィリピン人の学生にスペイン語を教え続けています。Recognizing the importance of the English language, I completed the full English course, ncluding the Diploma Program in Pedagogical Sciences for English Teaching at the Peruvian North American Cultural Institute (ICPNA). To ensure my command of the language, I set out to obtain the Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Michigan (USA), which I achieved in 1997. I have taught English in classroom settings at the primary, secondary, and postsecondary levels. I have also taught online working with children, young people, and adults, with many of the latter specifically requesting conversation classes. Additionally, I have over three years of experience leading an English Conversation club.
My knowledge of English also allowed me to teach my native language Spanish to English speaking people, that's so how how a us-american who had his business in my city Lima, asked me to teach him Spanish. Shortly after arriving to the Philippines I continued teaching English online for a Japanese company, surprinsingly 70% of my classes were teaching Spanish to Japanese students. And until now I continue having Filipino students learning Spanish.
