كيف تسير الدورات؟
الدورات عبارة عن حصص فيديو مباشرة على Voilà. بعد تسجيلك، تظهر كل حصة في لوحة تحكم Voilà الخاصة بك — تنضم إليها بنقرة واحدة عند موعد الحصة.
كيف أدفع؟
تدفع مرة واحدة للسلسلة الكاملة بالبطاقة. تتم معالجة الدفع بأمان عبر Stripe.
ماذا يحدث إذا أُلغيت الدورة؟
إذا لم يصل الفصل إلى الحد الأدنى من عدد الطلاب قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من الجلسة الأولى، فسيتم إلغاؤه وستحصل على استرداد كامل تلقائي. بمجرد استيفاء الحد الأدنى وبدء الفصل، يستمر حتى اكتماله — ولا يؤدي انخفاض العدد لاحقاً عن الحد الأدنى إلى إلغائه. وإذا ألغى المدرس جلسة فردية، يُردّ رسمها تلقائياً.
هل يمكنني الإلغاء، وهل سأحصل على استرداد؟
نعم. يمكنك إلغاء جلسة واحدة أو الفصل بأكمله في أي وقت من لوحة التحكم الخاصة بك أو عبر الرابط الموجود في بريد التأكيد الإلكتروني. كل جلسة تُلغيها قبل الموعد النهائي للإلغاء — أو في غضون 24 ساعة من الشراء — يُردّ ثمنها تلقائياً إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية. أما الجلسات التي تُلغيها بعد الموعد النهائي، أو التي جرت بالفعل، فلا يمكن استرداد ثمنها.
