نبذة عني
أنا فنانة مبدعة، وبنّاءة مُثابرة، ومُعلمة، وأخصائية في العمل غير الربحي، أُكرّس جهودي لتمكين المجتمعات في أحلك الظروف. على مدى العقد الماضي، عملتُ في الخطوط الأمامية للإغاثة من الكوارث في الولايات المتحدة، مُحوّلةً المناطق المُتضررة من الفيضانات والأعاصير إلى مجتمعات تنبض بالأمل.
في وظائفي الأخيرة، تخصصتُ في التعافي العملي، حيثُ درّبتُ أفراد المجتمع على استخدام الأدوات الكهربائية بأمان، وإعادة بناء منازلهم بأنفسهم، أحيانًا من الصفر. أؤمن أن التعافي لا يقتصر على ترميم المباني فحسب، بل يتعداه إلى تزويد الأفراد بالمهارات والثقة والاعتماد على الذات لإعادة بناء حياتهم.
في أوقات فراغي، يغذي الإبداع والفضول والتواصل عالمي. أنا أم عزباء، ومُحبة للكلاب، وفنانة، ومُسافرة شغوفة. سواءً كنتُ أُساعد جارًا، أو أُبدع فنًا، أو أستكشف ركنًا جديدًا من العالم، أو أستخدم المطرقة، يبقى هدفي واحدًا: بناء مجتمع أقوى وأجمل.I am a creative artist, resilient builder, educator, and non-profit professional dedicated to empowering communities when they need it most. For the past decade, I have worked on the frontlines of disaster relief in the United States, transforming flood and hurricane zones into communities of hope.
In my recent roles, I specialized in hands-on recovery—teaching community members how to safely navigate power tools and physically rebuild homes in their community, sometimes from the ground up. I believe that recovery isn't just about restoring structures; it is about equipping individuals with the skills, confidence, and self-reliance to reconstruct their lives.
Off the clock, my world is fueled by creativity, curiosity, and connection. I am a single mom, a dog mom, an artist, and an avid traveler. Whether I am helping a neighbor, creating art, exploring a new corner of the world, or swinging a hammer, my focus remains the same: building a stronger, more beautiful community.
